How does Calld Journal work?
You sign up and link your phone number to your Calld account. We call you on your scheduled frequency, you talk about your day, and your call is automatically transcribed and saved as a journal entry. You’ll receive an email with your transcription and can reply to that email with photos to add to the entry. All your entries are saved and accessible at app.calldjournal.com.
What happens if I miss a call?
No worries! If you miss a call, you can call us back anytime at (385) 558-3538 to record your journal entry.
How do I add photos to an entry?
After each call, you’ll receive an email with your transcription. Simply reply to that email with the photos you’d like to add, and they’ll be attached to your journal entry automatically. Additionally, you can log in to your account to manually add photos.
Can I edit my journal entries?
Yes! You can edit your transcriptions any time by logging into your account at app.calldjournal.com.
How do I order a printed book?

What is my Calld PIN?
Your Calld PIN is a unique six-digit code assigned to your account. It ensures that your journal entries are always saved to the right account — no matter what phone you’re calling from.
Where do I find my PIN?
You can find your PIN anytime in your account settings at app.calldjournal.com.
What phone number will call me?
You’ll receive calls from (385) 558-3538.
What is a "receiver email"?
If you want your transcriptions sent to a different email than the one you used to sign up, you’ll enter that email address in the receiver email field during sign-up!
Can I change my phone number after signing up?
Yes! You can update your linked phone number at any time through your account settings, or by calling us at (385) 558-3538 and selecting option 2! Make sure you have your 6 digit pin ready to do this.
How quickly will I receive my transcription email?
Your transcription will be sent to you within a few minutes.
How many photos can I add per entry?
It depends on your plan — Basic allows 1 photo per entry, Premium allows 3, and Pro allows 5.
Is Calld Journal available outside the United States?
Not yet — Calld is currently only available in the US. Stay tuned for updates as we expand!
